long Crank Time

I have a 91 ceria V6 and just had a major tune up. the car was hard to start before and after the tune up. The crank valve was replaced and the computer board was replaced. I still have the same problem. this will be the case first in the morning or if it was sitting for several hours. After it starts it will normally catch quick . Long crank time is like a good 30 seconds. any ideas???

hae your fuel pressure checked. Sounds like you have a fuel regulator bleeding off when it sets
