1987 B2600 Engine

What 2.6 engines will work from other cars trucks? I know the 87/88 where mistu motors and tranny's and that they came in allot of different car's and trucks but which one's will swap with it? I need to find a good temp one while I rebuild mine, I have only one driver, so even if I need to change out the manifolds or carb that's ok.

you can get them out of a d50 dodge, a mazda van, and mitsubitichi makes a truck with the same motor. i know that the one from the van you will have to swap the manafolds. but the others i dont know. i have a 2.6L motor at my house that i could sell for you to rebuild. it came out of a 1991 b2600i with 70,000 miles with a new rebuilt head and i could sell it to you if you want to rebuild it. the problem with it was that the oil pump went out and the oil light didn't come on so the motor locked up, but it is unseized now. just let me know i will sell it for less than you can buy another one cause i dont need it.
