I failed my emissions today in WA with an 88 prelude si. I'm wondering if oil on the engine that hasn't burnt off yet could be the cause
i put a new head gasket on as well as a new weaponR air intake and finally got the car fully running late last night. I then drove 3 hours this morning and went straight to the emissions since my tabs. There had been a bunch of oil all over the engine from the head down on the rear of the engine due to a bad oil leak I had from fuckin up my last head gasket.
ANY ideas would be helpful. I don't really want to spend the money to take it to a shop and see what is wrong. Wondering if oil on the CAT would mess it up and cause the problem??? Thanks everyone
