2001 Daytime Running Lights

When I release the parking brake on my 2001, 5-speed Cavalier the daytime running lights indicator blinks followed by the Service Light. My daytime running lights do not work and my left low beam is out, but all other headlight functions work. Are there any ties to these problems?

u just need to replace the burned out bulb i had that problem a couple weeks ago
