have the lock nuts but no key...

I have put 4 different kinds of lock nuts on my 5 lug rims... and i had an accident and lost all the keys... and the manufacturer for them is in japan... is there any way to get them off... if i take it to a tire shop can they get them off... ha am i SOL?

If you have a Pep Boys in the area, check out their wheel hardware section. I spend 6 hours in a Pep Boys last weekend (a long story :uhoh: that ended up with me buying another vehicle for my wife). Anyhow, they had a lock removal kit. It consists of two sockets that have reversed, tapered, internal threads. You simply put it on the lock, wack it with a hammer, and then crank them off with a 1/2" drive socket or breaker bar. I think it was under $7.00 for the kit. Most local tire shops have similar tools.
