65 Rambler Hlep On Modifing

Well I have a 65 Rambler American 440H and I am putting a 327 but I think the suspension is not going to resist the weight of the engine so I want to change the suspension to a lot stronger one also I want to add a disk brake system to it. Does any one know what car can I swap the suspension from. Because I heard that a '79 AMC Concorde will fit on it but I’m not sure. I haven’t even heard of a AMC Concorde so please respond to this Thread
