Another AT to MT question

I just thought of this problem today when I took out the automatic shifter. Does anyone know which wires I have to cross so the car will start when I push the clutch down...since there's no park or neutral switch anymore. I've put a push button ignition in a car before, but I don't want my car turnin ghetto.
