Oil gasket replacement

Green radiator fluid is coming out the evaporator in the firewall. Now that I know the heater core is leaking, is it fixable and less than the price of a new house? Also is the oil pan as difficult as it looks to remove for gasket replacement?

what year and what engine is in your car. most GM front wheel drive vehicles are not that difficult to change or that expensive (under $100) to put a heater core in, just a lot of tedium in a cramped space. the oil pan depends on the engine, 3.1/3.4's are simple, 3.8's may require lowering the front of the cradle for clearance.
