Are there any kind of muscle building workouts you could do at home if you don't have access to weights or equipment?

Without weights you have sit-ups and push-ups, and if you have a suitable bar or beam, also chin ups and pull ups, etc. etc.

You can do squats against a wall, 1 armed push ups, core training on an office chair and back workouts with a saw horse and bricks.

normal pushups,
pushups w/ your hands together forming a diamond w/ your index fingers and thumbs slightly below your chest will focus in on your triceps,
pushups with your hands wide apart will focus on your chest more, and pushups w/ your elbows pushed up against your sides w/ your handa slightly below your chest will focus on your shoulders / triceps
military pushups - count 5 hand lengths from your feet make the diamond w/ your index fingers and thumbs works your shoulder like crazy, but you might have to work to even be able to do those.
there are tonss of abdominal workouts and back workouts, you could prolly find those, or else ask b/c unless you need em im not gonna make a fat ass list
if you have 2 bars about 2.5-3 feet apart you can do dips - hold both of the bars lowr yourself down and push yourself back up, elbows out = chest, elbows in = triceps and shoulders
pullups and whatnot if you have a suitable bar
for your lower body,
foreward lunges, step out then step back, pulling with your hind leg, or do them walking
lateral lunges, step to the side squat down, push back up while pulling your self back with the inside leg
calf raises, pretty self explainatory
hamstring walk, walk backwards, each time bringing the rest of your body parallel to the ground, with one leg strainght on the ground
