My first thought was good deal... but wait a minute...
According to Pro Comp's website, they don't make the X-Terrain in 33" for a 17" wheel. Are you sure about those numbers?

well its a 32.5, same difference, lol. They are too small to be 35" and bigger than a 31"

hmmm... had to do some digging on this one. After going through Pro-Comps, 4 Wheel Parts and a bunch of others, I finally found a place that lists a 17" tire like that - it's a 33/12.5R17. They were listed at $169 per tire. So if those rims you are getting in the package are worth more than $100 a piece the deal should be right on.
Overall they should be a sweet tire. If you don't have a lift yet, you will need one to fit shoes like those.
Out of curiousity, why do you want to go 17"? I've had a bunch of 4x4's over the years, including a couple of Land Cruisers, and I never liked anything bigger than 16" tires for off road. Better ride, more rubber in the slimy stuff and a better ride on the rough stuff.
Pete :)

Okay so I was wrong, lol. They are actually 33/12.5R15's from ProComp and M/T rims. So now is it a good deal?

Well I think those go for about $180 a tire usually. Not sure about the rims. Have you searched the model/make to see what the going rate is?

Hm, guess it's not too bad, 33/12.5R15 ProComp X-Terrain and M/T Classic II rims for $1100 cash is a pretty sweet deal.
