I have a 85 camaro 2.8 Multiport. My dad crossed posts on battery terminals sparks flew from alternator and fuse box. I put new alternator, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap, rotor button, battery, fuel pump, fuel filter, ECM. Fuel pump only works if hot wired to different fuse such as the radio. Wont start.

check all your fuses and, i dont know if there is a diode anywhere in the system, but you should check that too if there is one (i know my saturn has one, havent checked on the 94 camaro). i would imagine that there are many more systems damaged than what you listed, but i have never dealt with this scenario before...

what about your inline fuses?

well the problem is that the fuses are generall on the positive side of the circuit, and the device is after the fuse, so when you reverse the polarity of the system it switches the order and in theory the protection that the fuse offers in negated, so you could have possibly damaged alot of the devices that run off the battery...
