Fiber Glass work for blazer xtreme

I'm currently getting ready for the Nopi Natl's in Ga. We are taking two cars if anyone reads this and is going to the show we have an 02focus(blue with orange/yellow painted rips up the doors) and blazer xtreme(yellow). We are wanting to do fiberglass work inside the xtreme in the design of diamond plate box coming from even with the back seat angled downward. And also fiberglassing the tailgate with the amps to give a very clean look. I'm a virgin at fiberglass but too headstrong to care how difficult it could be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
