Clutch H22A - F22B -F22A

Clutch H22a / F22b are they the same? also flywheel, if i reduce weigh on it will it help? how much should i reduce weigh on flywheel?
am useing H22a Engine and going to replace Clutch

well first the clutches arent the same and the weight wont really matter the heavier the better when it come to clutches and flywheels i think! i dont remember ask any questions if needed!
