84 Honda Civic Starter Motor

Im in the process of changing my starter motor but I’m having troubles shifting the top bolt. I cant see how the bolt is held into place as the manifold is obstructing my view. Does the top ‘mounting bolt’ screw directly into block or is it held in with a nut??
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME????
