I have another question. I was thinking about getting a new exhaust for my 3.4 l 1994 Camaro. I know my car is just a v6, but i wanted to do something unique to make it look a little more nice. What do you think i should do? I sorta wanted to convert to dual, but im not sure if i should stay single. Like i said i know it may sound funny asking for a nice exhaust on a V6 but if anyone could help me i would appreciate it. Thanks. And if anyone knows a good place or site i could get a nice exhaust please tell me. Thanks again.

Not sure about the camaro v6 but I think some of the v6 mustang guys run borla, you may wanna give them a shot.

If you meant dual exhaust, dont do it..

Stick with stock piping and Get a Borla or flowmaster muffler with dual tailpipes instead of the one stock pipe.. Looks good and sounds good with the right muffler

go find yourself a magnaflow cat-back. personally i think it sounds the best on the 3.4 (its what i got so maybe im biased). dont dual the true dual cause it wouldnt make sense on the sixer. there are some very technical reasons as to why you shouldnt worry about true dual on the sixers...

well any time you lower back-pressure considerably, you in-turn lower torque, and raise horsepower.. The V8's can lose a few ft.lbs without being noticeable, its definatly worth the horsepower gain.. But the V6's on the other hand need ALL the torque they can get as the engine is already underpowered to move such a heavy car.. Horsepower becomes less important..

IMO the 3.4 would probably be best with a single full 2 1/2 inch or 2 3/4 exhaust piping..

on a v6 i would get a borla, you may want to steer clear of flomasters on a v6. the borla wont sound ricy, if you know what i mean.

My girlfriend put a Magnaflow muffler on her 3.8 RS.. with dual 3.5" tips.. I though it sounded ricey.. She still has stock cats and piping though

Something like that??? You shouldnt find any dual systems.. Camaros never came with dual exhaust..

Most cat-back systems will have dual tips though.. Looks much nicer

I have 2 guys i run with that have the 3.4 liter camaro's, and they ran just flowmaster mufflers, and like 3 inch dual tips (looks good, and sounds good to about like 3 grand in rpm's) but thats just what they have, thought i would let u know! they paid no more thatn about 150 to have it put on and buy evrythign and all!
