windows and others locked up

The windows,sunroof and the switches to move the seats in my 90 bmw525 are all locked up/not working. Have no idea why, happend once then after pushing the window buttons for awhile they worked. Put the windows down again this morning,and now they're locked again. How do i fix this?

Believe you have seperate issues, the window problem is likely the switch block, they get full off everything that was at one time in someones hand and never made it to there mouth [sorry for the graphics but I've tried to clean a few]. BE SURE to check ALL your fuses first [front and under the rear seat]
