I bought a Cobra R front bumper from this guy off of ebay, his store is called www.racecreations.com I sent him a money order in which he cashed on July 15th. Story after story after story, he tells me i am going to get my bumper, it is now September 6th and still no bumper. Since i have purchased this item from him, he has been kicked off of ebay. He rarely answers my emails and has never answered his phone. (323-478-9264). See if you get an answer!!! Anyways, i was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with this place. His last excuse was that DHL lost it. Very unlikely but i suppose. I dont have anything against him, just want the bumper i paid for.

Hate to say it man but you probably got screwed out of your money and will probably never see that bumper. Such is the danger of Ebay... I try not to buy anything off Ebay I can't afford to lose the money just in case.

Sorry to hear that man. Have you contacted ebay and filed a complaint? There was a guy on the news about a month ago who got screwed over a computer he bought on ebay. He got the police involved and ended up getting his money. That sucks hope you have some success. I think I'll call them and ask if they steal from everybody that mail orders.

Would filing a complaint with ebay do anything? Ebay has already kicked him off.

edit: Hold on a sec. i already talked to someone at ebay and they suggested going thru squaretrade. The only problem is, they really dont put any pressure on the other guy. And if you want a "negotiator" to try and fix your problem, they want $20!

Dude, that blows. I'd email him and say that you are going to be contacting a lawyer. Try and scare him into it. If he still doesn't respond, actually contact a lawyer. If i'm not mistaken, there are lawyers that specifically handle ebay cases.
