Power Antenna

I have got a 98 GSX, the antenna won't go down. maybe the fuse is gone, or the antenna motor is fryed. I figure to buy the stock unit will cost an arm and a leg or are they universal any help thanks.

i kno a guy that ripped his out of his mr2 spyder (same design primarily) and got a short one from a S2000 and it looks clean

they should be universal depending, i'd go w/ one built into the rear window or something of a different style if i were you

maybe its getting no signal from the stereo. i have an aftermarket stereo and it wouldnt go down i looked at the wires and they werent connected to eachother. mite wanna check that.

yeah buddy i was just tearing mine down yesterday It might just be the strip that gets pushed up and down just went off the track, or it could be the moter just went on it, But anyways your just going to tkat it off and see, And you can get just a universal from advanced auto, they will all work fine. And actually the one from advaced auto looks very similer to the factory one.
