HELP! are any part of the brakes under warranty?

Hi, my girlfriend's cars brakes are not working properly. Anyone know of the warranty information regarding brake system? I know the brake pad is not covered, but her pads are new. Any information will help thanks!

Well I do not know for sure as to whether or not the brake system is covered in the factory warranty, although if you or someone else besides the dealership had changed those brake pads, your warranty has become voided...that's the one thing that really sucks ass about factory warranties. But if your braking system is not covered, or your warranty is voided, tell me what your problem is with the car, and I might be able to help you, I've done quite a bit of brake work on my 99 Camry.
