?? cold air intake for '00 Cougar ??

HELLO! I have just bought myself a 2000 Mercury Cougar V6 at a police aution. I like to fix cars and turn them into "racers". I was wondering if anyone could tell me what would be the best cold air intake to go with to get some maximum speed and power for my car. Thankx.

Don't expect and power gains that you will notice just from adding a CAI.

I know I wont get that much gain, but I dont know what brand of intake to go with. Any suggestions?

I think I am going to go with a K&N. Does anybody know where I can get one of these? Does anybody know if they are any good?
