Useless hoses??

Also, with the AT to MT conversion....On the AT there are two hoses for oil cooling that go from the tranny to the radiator, and on the MT there is no place for those hoses to go. I'm assuming I can just get rid of the hoses...so can anyone tell me if im just gonna end up dumping all of my coolant out? or will I need to buy a different radiator?? all help is appreciated.
