Silverado won't start

Gents - need your help please. I stopped for gas and when I went to restart truck, turned ignition key, heard click, and then no power to cluster or interior. Checked fuzes, but nothing obvious. I do hear a relay clicking sound from interior fuze box. Clicking stops when I turn ignition key to on position. Battery power is reaching hot point cause cell phone charger light is illuminated.

Just to follow up - problem solved. Dead cell in battery. Measured voltage at 10.5 v. Replaced battery - all is well. Sure glad I didn't give up and have towed to repair shop!
