Hi everybody,
I have a '00 mustang. I just had the 90k service done and rear
brakes changed. Recently, I noticed that when I make sharp turns
and go on speed bumps, I hear a strange scraping noise which seems
to be coming from the rear of the car.. One time it got so loud that
I stopped the car and got out to check the tires, but didn't notice
anything.. Any ideas of what it could be?? Thanx in advance!!

Might check the anti-rattle clips on the rear calipers just to make sure they were installed correctly....I had the rearend replaced in my car recently and the so called "mechanic" put the anti-rattle clips on the inner pads instead of the outer pads...caused the clips to dig into the rotor and wore the inner pad out super fast....Have it checked soon or you'll be replacing a rotor too if that is the problem.
