98 cbr 600 f3 BACKFIRE!

I have a problem with a 98 f3. When I let off the throttle, a LOUD backfire occurs accompanied by a substantial flame from the pipe. this happens when the revs wind down between 7000-5000 rpm. there is no loss in accelleration or performance otherwise. Please help me if you know what is wrong. Thanks.

haha sorry but i dont know what that would be but i want mine to do that.

your probably runnng slightly rich. this happens if you pump in some extra fuel without ignition
