xxx manuel?

does anybody know how i can get a manuel to a 15" xxx? re's website sucks and doesnt give nearly any info. does anybody know how tall it is and how much depth i need for the box. the shorter the depth the better, that way i can put it in my trunk farther back.

also, does it matter where the subs face in a sealed box? im gonna have it facing toward you when you open the trunk.

and is there any way i can get edead v3 cheaper? $22 to ship a paint can?

That is cheap edead. Give Resonant engineering an email. Make sure and spell it manual when you email them though. ;)

yea thanks, i knew it didn't look right! i know that the price is cheap, but $22 shipping is a little rediculous IMO. i am wondering if anyone knows of a coupon or something.

well, it has been a week and still no word from re after 3 e-mails. all i needed was a few specs and such because their website sucks. 100% sure i was gonna get an xxx, but now i realize that sr20 was right, their customer support isnt very good. just a simple e-mail from them and i would be ordering it tonight. Now im not so sure..........Their fault.

Yeah that's been my experience too, meanwhile adire's cs has been more than perfect. I've ordered every adire thing from www.acoustic-visions.com (kit81's, koda components, brahma 15), and it's been great. The AV8 woofers on the kit81s were on backorder for a week, but I had constant updates from the owner of acoustic-visions. I even asked him about something and he responded within 10 minutes on a saturday at like 11 at night. When I got them a couple pieces were missing, so I emailed him on a sunday and he responded within about 30 min saying he would let adire know, the next day I got a call from adire apologizing for the problem and they shipped out all the missing pieces immediately. I've emailed him several times since about other things (the brahma backorder, other times when dealing with the kit81s, etc) and he always responded very promptly and was very helpful.

Anyway, last I heard the brahma backorder was almost over. The last Kyle heard was that they were due around the middle of this month, and that was about a week ago. I also heard the same thing from the owner of www.visionaryaudio.com, so hopefully it's got some truth behind it.

yup, all it took was a simple e-mail from re even if they couldn't answer my questions. now im 50/50 again, and with you saying the back order from adire being almost over..............

People will say who cares, you'll know the specs when you get it. but that's not what its about. its about respect, concern, and caring about customers (something that i get from ed and adire, but not re).

well I gave an e-mail to Kyle at acoustic-visions.com today and got one back an hour later (today is saturday). He said the backorders will end around the end of this month. i ordered the brahma today, so i'll probably get it in 2-3 weeks and they don't charge me until it is shipping!

you guys need to lay off RE. They are so slammed for buisness right now its hard for them to get right back. Every email I've sent has gotten a response it just took a little bit of time.

same... but support whatever place you can get a sub from atm.
