Hey,
I have an enormous pine tree in my back yard, and every summer, near the end of summer, it drips sap, on EVERYTHING..barbeque, lawn, lawn chairs, picnic table, and CAR...now my parents mini van is completely plastered in little drops of pinesap, all over the hood, roof, and windshield. How do I get it off withouth damaging the paint? without fogging the glass? I know when I get it on my skin, I use nail polish remover, or paint thinner...but I dont think these would work to well on the car. Without damaging the paint or glass. :disappoin
Any Ideas?

WD40 works on glass, don't know how safe it would be on paint, perhaps you could try one of those automotive pine sap removers they sell :p

that orange stuff...hmmm I dont know what its called, let me go see if I have any....**trots off to the kitchen**
**finds the bottle and returns to the couch**
It's called De-Solv-it. it is a citrus solution. good for, adhesives, crayon, grease, fresh blood, candle wax, tree sap, asphalt, chewing gum,oil & Tar, Soap Scum and much much more. I bought it at the grocery store. It works on EVERYTHING...just a suggestion.

Go to any automotive store, and pick up any of the stuff that says it removes sap/roadtar/bugs. They're all the same.
