Making your own grill?

I have a few ?'s here... I dont wana pay the $300 for the AIM billet grille off line, and i have seen grille kits... ANyone use one to cover their existing grille? Any pics or difficulty? Another ? is does anyone have the clear lens for turn signals? if so where do i find them?
