Which tires do you use?

Basically what the thread name suggests. What tires (not rims) would you recomend for a good daily driver, with a track day splashed in here and there? Also just your input on the ones you run on as well, such as stickiness and longevity (and im not talking about Mr.Happy :P, and excluding drifting, cause that just destroys everything).

Um the Falken Azenis Sport 215's are some good daily drivers as well as track runners, some sticky and lasting tires would be some bridgestone potenzas or BFG g force t/a's those are the only tires i really ever used

i use the falken tires myself and yea there good daily drivers and last pretty long (if your not speed king burnout masta). Try some nitto 555....

I have Pilot Sport 2s on mine (i thought i was interesting that the tires cost more than the Tenzo R knockoffs they were on) they gripped really well but they are Expensive as hell when i get my new wheels 16x7 +0ish Mesh Enkeis im gonna get some Kuhmo 711s just so i dont feel bad about burning 200 dollar a peice tires out in a month.

lol yea i dont want to spend more than 125 per wheel....

I like the goodyear eagle F1's, they are quite sticky for streets and, I'm getting about 32,000 miles on a set of them after rotations (factory claims them to last 25,000). And I burn out like EVERY day.

If you go any softer than ~25,000 mile life, you're likely to end up with some that last only 10,000-15,000 miles. Probably not the greatest thing for daily driving.

They seem to be holding out against chunking quite well.

i run 245/45/17 Yokohama AVS ES 100s and they were only $123 each from Discount Tire Direct... Falken Azenis sports are really sticky but not so great in the rain, yoko's are awesome in the rain, i know from experience... the tread life is <15k ... great tire tho, ill be gettin avs es 100s again..

Hahaha, i was waiting for that one.Bud....tall sweet green sticky cheap bud. And i used Kumhos on my eclipse, and they stuck to the road very nicely. Theyll be one the 240 soon though. For some odd reason my rear tires are like completely bald! Could someone help me out?

And Falken Azenis are really nice, dont know about price or life of them, but i rem. driving them before. Sortof soft. And NeoGens...they are just biased. Depends on the weather i guess.

Parada specs2's are worth 10,000-15,000 miles depending on how you treat them, I've never had them my self, but they are probably the tires I would use if not for their short life span. They are pretty slick though, not great for the rain, not too bad though.

Again, I wouldn't recomend them for Daily driving due to the short life span.
