Parking brake pads???

I have a mkIII with 4 wheel disc, I took apart the brake assembly and found that the drum used for the e-brake didn't have any rubber inside. Upon closer inspection, I found a paper-thin piece of rubber that fit over the drum perfectly. Problem is, nobody carries emergency brake pads... and metal on metal won't hold no matter how much I tighten the adjustment on the brake lever. I was wondering if the pads for a supra that has rear drums, not discs, would fit...
