Turbo Question

This is probably a stupid question but can you loosen the turbine and compreser housing bolts and spin the housings to diffrent positions?

yes it can be done.people do it so that the charge pipes wont be hard to run. it depends on what kind of turbo you have. its called clocking the turbo.
