New a/c problem

Now my problem is I press the a/c button it lights up, but no power to my fans under the hood and condenser it steal blows warm air. I check for power with a meter, is there a relay that should be pulling in, if so where is it located. I also checked all my fuses all checked good.

Check to see if your condensor fan is bad. Unplug the connector going into the fan and connect straight to your battery.. if your fan turns on it's not your fan. If it doesn't, replace the whole fan or the motor. The whole fane is easier. Your compressor won't turn on unless there is freon in the lines. Best bet is to take it to a mechanic and have him put a sniffer to it and see if and where it's leaking first.
