This Is For The People Out There That Know Wat Im Talking About. I Would Like To Kno Which Would Be A Better Swap For My 1992 Honda Accord. Meaning, Which One Will Fit Better Without Extra Modifications.
I Have 2 Choices
1. A F20b Engine From A 1997 Honda Accord Euro-r
2. A H22a Engine From A Prelude
Please Let Me Know Which One Would Be A Better Fit.

They fit EXACTLY the same.
I'd pick the h22a though, for obvious reasons.

Both are very good motors but i think f20b is more expensive.

The F20B has 180 PS....
There is a very common misconception that the F20B has the H22A PS ratings of 200 - 220 PS. Looking the smae means nothing. Honda has downgraded power in generations of cars before.
94-97 5G Accord SiR = 200 PS H22A , but
98-02 6G Accord Euro R = 180 PS F20B.
Yes, the newer gen has less PS.
Even older cars have the same quirk.
86-89 Accord 2.0Si = B20A 160 PS
90-93 Accord 2.0Si = F20A 150 PS
83-87 Prelude 2.0Si = B20A 160 PS
88-91 Prelude 2.0Si = B20A 145 PS
84-87 CR-X Si Ballade Sports ZC 135 PS
88-91 Cyber CR-X Si ZC 130 PS
Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can think of more....

Good info. But nobody said it looks the same or it has the same power ;)

Noone said that in this thread, but all over the net people have that engrained in their minds, plus they actually have the same valve cover(different colors) which make people assume that they must have similar HP/PS numbers.

Diegoaccord, are you absolutely positive about those numbers. I have got a lot of different numbers about the f20b, mostly i see dealers rating it at 200hp and 161 tq. Same as the usdm h22. My local shop also confirmed these numbers. Im just wondering where you got your numbers? Unless youre talking about whp?
