2004 Maxima Headlight Aim Adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust the aim of the Xenon headlights?...I understand they are supposed to be brighter, but I've been getting high-beamed alot and they do seem to be aimed a bit higher than others...would like to adjust down...

Any help is greatly appreciated
