I have a 1992 F250 with a 460 auotmatic, 4x4. Will not idle. Started out as an oscillation at idle. Has moved to a no idle condition. Will run above 1300 - 1500 rpm. Have changed O2 sensor and IAC. Condition still exists. Reader says can not control idle, also reports idle lean. Any suggestions?

This sounds like the throttle position sensor is completely plugged up. The sensor is located on the throttle body. It is a PITA to get off.
First thing, disconnect the ground from the battery!
Remove the throttle body. Use a cold chisel to back the screws off of the sensor, remove it and then clean the body, Only use mineral spirits or turpentine. The interior of the body has a teflon coating and anything else will remove it. Make sure all of the air passages are clear and clean. Son't worry about the stains. Check the sensor for any damage. If anything is found, replace it. Hook everything back up. This should take about an hour. Your computer should lose all codes due to the battery being disconnected.
Upon restart, it may act weird. Force it along and if possible, take it for a hard drive. Hopefully, this will straighten it out.
