rear A/C in 1997 Quest

I have no power/AC in the rear of my van. Of course I have checked the fuses. Any ideas?

Saw schematics for repairing blown circuit on the beneath dash board for this a while back on the net. Very common problem. Easy fix once you get to the circuit board IIRC. This was for rear A/C controls. Have not seen this web page lately. Seemed valid. Detailed pictures, etc. I will post the link if I run across it again.
