New and Interested

Im new here and have a few questions as Im getting started on the upgrades. I love my stratus however it is in some dire need of some restoration.. It is a '96 ES with 140k miles on it. First thing i want (after i get it tuned and cleaned up) is a charger. I found one at Rippmods.com. Anybody else have any suggestions or concerns about installing one on a stock 2.0L engine? Im also looking at other new after market air intakes. Are there any concerns that other upgrades need to be done first?

Power is my number one thing. Im not looking for a 13 sec 1/4 mile or anything, I just want to be able to pass the car in front of me without using an entire mile to get up to speed. Paint, wheels, tires, electronics, windows, and upholstry will all be done in time. I need some power first.
