Door Panel Removal

I have a 98 Silverado 4X4 with the 5.7. My window only goes down about 4 inches or so then it sticks. I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the panel so I can check to see if the pully is messed up or if there is just something stuck in there. Also my power lock on the driver's side does not go down, nor can I lock my door when the window is down it's full 4 inches.

I posted this same question weeks ago with only one reply coming after I just experimented and did it.
I first took off the small triangular shaped panel on top in the front. I then removed the instument cluster for the power windows, etc. Next is the plastic shroud around the inner door handle. After that I got a pry bar under the panel in the area of the plastic attachment tabs and carefully popped them out. Once the tabs are all loose the panel can be lifted up and off the door. I would say the hardest part was getting the shroud off from around the inner door handle. There are four clip areas that I had to get a small screwdriver into to press the clips out of their locking position.
In doing all this I only broke off one of the tabs holding door panel on. This was done while I was putting the panel back on as it was not lined up properly when I went to smack it back in place.
