I have just bought a '91 SI 2.05 and want to find out more about what ECU I have. I have seen chips on EBay but they don't seem to be my same ECU. My ECU seems to be a: 37820-PK3-A00, 530-320184 built 1/30/91. Does this part have a nick name like the "H22, BA5 PK2".
I think my car is a VTEC. Is that at all possible? Please forgive me, I am a "lude rookie!".

if you have a 91 lude than its not v-tech the pk2 chip is for the 88, and 89 lude only

I think that the pre-92 Preludes have an OBD0 ecu - which means that they do not use EPROMs. I do not know the specific code name for the unit, but I would assume that aftermarket on such an ecu would be low to nonexistent.
