Saving up for mods, 2.5RS (Need suggestions)

Hey Im new here and had a few questions
I decided to start saving up for a couple car mods. Any ideas? I drive a 2004 impreza 2.5 RS. Currently Im looking into getting a new suspension (heard lowering grants huge benefits for RS's), rear sway bar (for the same reason as the previous part), maybe an STi engine swap in a couple of years, and a hood scoop for the engine. Im trying to keep the car as stock as possible, and would prefer handling over power, as this is my first manual car and plan to use the first year to save up for the parts/learn how to drive the car. Any ideas as to what parts/sites I should look into to find these components for my car? Also any other suggestions as to what I should plan for incase I do decide to perform the engine swap? I.e new parts, installation guides, etc. Im rather "car illiterate" and have been looking for information as to how I can obtain information on how cars work and installing parts. Any suggestions for these as well? Thanks!

The best bang for your buck would be to go with a TIEN Suspension setup... TIEN SS coilover are your best bet... An if you want to stiffen everything up look into some CUSCO tie bars and sway bars and Strut tower bars, as well as the V-brace for the rear... Trust me this is the best setup you can get and its all adjustable to your driving style...

Any idea how much this would cost and are they easy to install? Again I have no experience with modding any cars, but guess we gotta learn someday. Also any suggestions as to where I can pick these up? Thanks!
