Sorry, no projector headlights for Gen. 3 Camry unless you want to transplant the wiring from a Lexus and modify the Camry bodywork to fit (lot of extra work).
Best stop gap, next best thing (which isn't really that close, but simpler and cheaper and does represent an improvement), is to use polishing compound on the outside of the existing headlamps to thoroughly clean them and install Sylvania Silver Stars (cost more and burn out more quickly, but are noticeably whiter and brighter), then park 25 ft. in front of a wall marked with headlamp height and centerlines, and adjust them 2" below headlamp height and on centerline. At first it seems like the adjustment screws aren't working, but they just require a lot of turning, so a ratchet wrench and socket work well.

There is no aftermarket projector headlights for the the 3rd Gen Camry 92-96. You can do a DIY and retro-fit projectors into the headlight, which has been many times before.
Let me know if you want to go this route.

speakin of cleaning the headlights with polishing compound... ive used that and "plastic x", both work great. but today i noticed after getting the car washed (i live in an apartment and in my area there isnt a self wash within 15 miles) my headlights turned yellow almost instantly.
after cleaning the lights i put a small amount of wax and they still turn yellow. any way to prevent this? not only does it effect my light field but it makes a very new looking 92 le look old.
