Deposits made in Virginia

Has anyone made a deposit on an evo 7? If so what are the rules on the deposit? Will I get it back can I sell it and so on. Also if you could tell me where you put the deposit down at? Thanks for all your help.

I called the dealers in my area. Only two know what I was talking about.
they wanted $500 fully refundable. But I have to pay msrp and I don't get to pic a color. They also said there would be more info available in MARCH!!! If you have heard differently let me know from where and who thanks!!!

I went to the dealership today which i have given the $500 to about 3 months ago and they told me not until njext Jan. is the delivery date, Im still waitin it out though :bloated: guess just have to postpone me kicking everyones ass !! lol

Half of these dealers in virginia are BS. The other half that are saying it will be a late release are truthful, cuz they won't take deposits but will put you on a e-mail or call list. I went to the dealership in tysons, I could tell the guy was trying to get me to just put a deposit with no numbers or real details...could also see the rest of his buddies in the back laughing as well. U know what they were thinking.....Heh, heh another sucker who thinks EVO is coming this summer.:flipa: THese guys at mitsu dealerships think they can pull the wool over anyones eyes and at the same time become a reliable dealership.... :greenchai: <<<mitsu dealership guy. laugh this off.

thanks for all you're posts, I have consulted with several other people in the automotive industry that I know and they have told me that if this car does come out and only a few of us lucky people do get to have it in out hands, we will be overcharged and subject to the cars early bugs. I'm sure if the car comes out they will force it to compete with the WRX for sales. It will probably be distributed in large quantities, but it will not be as fast so that Mitsubishi can marked it to a larger demographic. I believe this is true because other car companies have done the same in the past. ex. Audi's A4 its a great car its fast and easy to modify for more horsepower, they didn't bother to let out the S4 model until later. Same with the Impreza, they now (finally) have the WRX soon I think the STI will come out. This is the same for all popular cars. I am sick already of the here say!!! I will wait till Mitsubishi Motors realeases its sales info in March (some 18 days from now). And if its not what I want to here then F**k them and there stupid executive's for handinng us more crap, then making us wait. We are the greatest nation in the world and we are the last to get the finest cars. This is messed up!!!! If its not the EVO 7 I want screw them they lost my money then!!! :flipa:
