Soon to be installed System

Hey guys. Just wondering how you guys think this system setup will sound.
Things I have and will install soon:
2- 10" Phoenix Gold Xenon Series Subs (450w cont/800w max)
1- Phoenix Gold Xenon Series 1200 watt amp.
- All Phoenix Gold wiring
When the subs go in I will have my cheap honda tweeters/pioneer 4-way 6.5's in front with pioneer 4-way 6x9's in rear for highs hooked up to an power acoustik 300w amp- with an older kenwood head unit.

I plan to replace all the pioneer crap with the Phoenix Gold Xenon series 6.5" component set (150w cont./300w max) powered by a Xenon Series amp (not sure the wattage yet). I don't know which head unit to get- I want the alpine touchscreen- but will probably settle for something a little cheaper for the mean time. Any suggestions on HU would be cool.

In the end I will have:

Although P-Gold aint what they used to be this system should still sound good. Definitly replace the factory highs with components. Have a drunk safe holiday weekend
