That car is my buddies car, and it`s not a P12, It`s a P11-144, 2000 Mod Europe version, my daddy also got one. The car in the picture is a Nissan Primera 2000 Sport HypterTronic CVT, with styling, eye lids, 40mm lowering and Momo Sport 17" with Michelin Pilot 215/40-17 Tires. My dad has one just like it only without the lousy auto transmission, he`s got a silver one. If you want the parts call Nissan in England or something, and order the parts from them. They can get you the parts, I have seen manny 96-99 P11, that are restyled to the 2000 version.
The P11-144 is deliverd with 1,6 100hp, 1,8 114 hp, 2.0 140 (SR20DE), and 2.0 Turbo Diesel 90hp), the car in the picture is the 2.0 SR20DE.

hey twiggy...
to do the converion you would need the headlights, bulbs, hood, right and left fenders, front bumper, washer nozzles and hardware, and fog lights... (assuming you want only the front end)
the parts would cost you probably around the $1800-2500 mark...
the parts would have to be ordered somewhere from europe, but i have no idea how you might go about this... true you can get the parts through a nissan dealer, but one willing to try to ship something like that over here?? not sure if they'd be interested in that type of business... espeically concidering any ordinary old nissan dealership wouldnt have the proper importing/exporting licenses to send such large items out of the country...
but hey.. dont let anyone tell you it cant be done!! i should be one to know that!! hehe...
assuming you found someone to do the deal and ship it here...
expect to pay over $1000 in shipping, customs, etc charges...
dont think i'm trying to discourage you... i'd love to see that done, but you asked, so i'm giving you a realistic perspective, and i wont even get into the install cost :)

Do you think it is possible to do the conversion????

yes, provided you get all the parts.. they will bolt right on to the earlier P11's.. nothing else was changed, and the chassis is still the same..

OK, I see. I just didn;t think it was a direct bolt-on.
Still it'd be easier and perhaps cheaper to sell the P11 and have a P11-144 imported from Europe (new or used).
At least I think so.

Thanks guys that is just what i wanted to know actually itis a reasonable price casue my buddy paid $4500 for a japan spec type-r frontend on his integra so that seems fair and i know some one at a body shop that'll help with the install. Now all i have to do is go about finding out how to get it here. :smoka:

i was estimating the costs of the factory parts...
headlights $800
fog lights $300
hood $400
fenders $300
bumper $300
washers $100
total... $2200 (I +/- a couple hundred$ just in case i was too high/low on some parts)
for $2200 + $1000 shipping/customs/etc + paint/body work/etc (you'll have to trim back your front bumper as the US has longer ones...)
$4000-4500 sounds like a good total package

ouch...4500 for a type R conversion? daaamn, ur friend got ripped off hehehe....we usually sell the JDM ones for $3700...and the fake ones for $2000...
anyway, it would be kinda cool to do the p11-144 conversion..but if you ask me, i like the older p11s better
