Amp/Woofer removal

So I've decided that my woofer and amp will have to go due to the limited space that is available in my trunk. But I not only want to get rid of the actual products but I want to get rid of all the wiring as well. Anyone have any idea/tips on what to do?
I spoke with my friend and he said that since it's a stock deck that I have, there would be an adapter that the RCA plugs plug into which is tapped into my main wires for my deck. Does anyone have any idea on how to reach those wires? I think I'll have to remove the stereo deck but I don't know how and couldn't find the instructions with a search....any direction would be much appreciated.
Also, next to the power wire and the ground wire, there was an extra wire that is blue and I have no idea what it's for. It goes under my mat and kinda just disappears. Any ideas on what that wire's for?

So you're getting rid of your woofer and amp? What are the specs of both? Looking to sell em?
As for the wiring harness adapter, i don't think you would have an adapter if your deck is stock...there's simply no need for an adapter if the factory stock radio is installed. However, if you had an aftermarket deck, then there would be an adapter. Although, what you might be referring to is the plastic piece into which all the stereo wires are collected and then plug right into the back of the deck...every car stereo has that.
As for the deck removal, its simple. Take a flat head screwdriver and from below the deck, gently pry up the plastic piece surround then deck. The plastic piece surrounds the deck on 3 sides (bottom, left, right). Below that are 4 screws (2 on left, 2 on right). remove the screws (be careful not to drop them) and then you can unplug the deck from the back.
As for the blue wire you found...not sure what that is. Where did you find it? I know there is a 'thicker than normal' black wire that goes from behind the stereo, under the carpet, to the trunk that is the cd changer wire. Tell me more about this blue wire, i'll see if i can help.
good luck

Hey Linebckr49, so are you saying that the RCA plugs go directly into 2 holes in the stock deck? I'm about to go out there and take it apart in a bit and so I'm just doing some last minute researching for stuff. Thanks for the help and I'll let you know where the blue wire runs as soon as I find out.

Okay, I removed the amp and subwoofer with all it's wiring. Linebckr49, I don't know what the blue wire was but it was tapped into some other wire that was connected to my deck. And it turned out that there was an adapter that was tapped into the wires connected to my deck as well. The people who did the wiring for the system did a crappy job and yet the guy who sold me the car claims that it was "professionally" installed. My @$$. He doesn't know jack about the car.
But yeah, I don't know much about the amp and woofer but the woofer is a Kicker 10-inch sub. The amp is an EL CAPITAN Rocky series Max 100Watt X 2 power, Bridgeable Mosfit Power Amplifier. Yeah, I pretty much just copied the name verbatim there. LOL :)

I don't know if I'm getting the question, but the RCa wires would go from the amp to an adapter on the radio, the adapter would be connected to the speaker wires on the radio. The blue wire should be a remote wire for the antenna. It makes the antenna go up when you turn on the radio.
