Who has the fastest time slips?

I dont have any slips since the track I leave near is closed but post your slips and lets see who has the car with the biggest balls. Whoever has the fastest 1/4 mile times gets bragging rights in this forum!:devil: good luck contestants!:devil:

My Pontiac has a 0-60 time of about 12 seconds, quater mile of
about 23.4

The Colt does 0-60 in 6.2 seconds and the quater mile in 18.

Never done the dyno, but the Pontiac's about 145bhp, and the Colt's
peakin at about 95bhp.........LOL, someone say something!!

my ticks are somewhere in the garage at home. i'm at college, so i can't post until spring break (and that's IF my crappy scanner decides to not break again LOL.)

i bet i got fastest stock 4 cylinder! and fastest stock under $20k new! mines ran 12.9 through the 1000ft (which works out to a high 14-low 15 in the 1/4 mile) while it was carrying a passenger and a heavy stereo system! all ive got is an intake and a universal muffler on the stock catback piping so might as well be stock, that stuff aint helping no performance. and i ran those times stock before i got that stuff.

my other car (ive never raced it personally) has published 0-60 of 27 seconds and 1/4 mile of 25 seconds. no thats not a typo, t takes more than a 1/4 mile to reach 60 mph.

what??? im still winning? cmon i know most of yall can post up something better than my paltry times. embarassing i tell ya. fastrThanU whats your best time i KNOW you can beat me. your cars cool lookin!

Right now, the car makes about 320rwhp and will cross the traps in 12.2 seconds at 109mph. That's with a few transmission/computer related "problems"
This summer, the car is going to be a whole new beast and should put down about 400rwhp and run mid 11's on motor.

not sure about the torque, but the hp is 31. its a 600cc. thats 36.5 cubic inches of raw power! :D

harelys and some bikes are 2cyls...

the 6.2 0-60 and the 18 sec 1/4 dont match up.

if you are runnin the 6.2, which is in prelude range, you should be runnin way quicker, 14-15ish... or lower... not sure exactly, but i know my car is slower 0-6-, and it still manages 16s, low...

My 0-60 is about 6 1/2 sec. (I got a 305 with a 4 speed auto, and 2.73 highway gears) I have no 1/4 time cause the local track is closed till april but i think i'll run it there when it opens and get a 1/4 time to post. I know I already lost the fastest time to FastrThanU (by the way that car is sweet:D ) but I just wanted to post to show off:rolleyes: by the way Idelaysionl that honda sound cool as hell do you have any pics? I've never seen a 600 what kind of mpg does it get? :)

ive got some pics but theyre too large it wont let me post em, know how to shrink them?

you can shrink them in a photoshop type of program if you have on if not you might be able too cut enough out in paint to get it small enough:)

i tried to cut it down in paint. dont think i have photoshop, but ill start looking.

Havent gone to the track yet but the corrado is supposed to run mid 16 second quarter miles stock and it has about 160hp.

By the end of the month i'll have intake, exhaust, ram air and a k&n filter which is a huge upgrade to the stock airbox which has a hole the size of a pencil.

after those quick mods are done ill get it dyno'd and hopefully get some time slips from the track if i get around to it :rolleyes:

well i could lie and say i run around 11's, but i really dont know! i think she can definetly run low 13's, but im just guessing. If your asking why i havent timed her, its because the closest track is 11/2 hours away, and barely open, it sucks!

Our track just opened 2 nights ago and I saw a mustang with an GTR emblem on the side!!!:eek: :silly2: I didn't get any times since the car was overheating and having other sorts of problems:( O well maybe next time. And who claims to have the best time so far??:confused: no bs!

i certainly dont claim the fastest times! I think its that one guy who can do the quarter in 9.3 in that classified car, with those classified mods! Oh nos king what does nos stand for? What does psi stand for? and if your the king what is the difference between a wet and dry shot?

maybe if i run jump of the end of my car i can get a better time than NOS KING cuz bullshit doesn't do the quater in 9.3 seconds

Well I finally took the GTR down the strip. I got 4 passes before the bloody clutch gave out ( dammit to hell ).

My best was a 12.116 @ 114.64 mph.
60' time was 1.204

Oh well back to getting another clutch again.

well lets see... did I say 170hp somewhere???(seriously, I don't remember:) ) my hp out put is probably about 210 or so, and when I said 6.5 I didn't stopwatch it I counted (you know one one-thousand, two one thousand...) and I'm not the worlds most accurate counter it's around 6.5 but it could be 7-7.5 (0-60mph) I'm not positive I'll stopwatch it if you really want to know:D (but I'm pretty lazy it might take a while so don't hold your breath:) )

1000ft mph
finish margin (diff between the 2 cars times)

but then i heard from my freind who went to tulsa dragstrip and they didnt even give out timeslips! i bet he just didnt know where to get it though, he prob just passed by the person handing them out.

Yes, N2O does count as a 9 second car, i wuld like to think it is also b.s., but i will keep thinking that until i see a timeslip, maybe its on an 1/8 mile track. The car by NHRA rules should have a 10 point cage(minimum) and the driver should have a liscense to go faster than 10.00 or 132 mph. so i think it is bs. too. And that is on any ,ANY quartermile track in the USA.

Here in poland until the year 2000 there was a fiat 126p with 650cc 2-cyl engine , that made officially 24 hp , but the ones that actually made 20 hp were the better ones , and even figures like 16-18 hp were a common thing... it doesn't get to 60 mph , the top speed is 95kph , rolling down a big hill...:rolleyes:

Anyway i'm sorry but my porsche 952 is the fastest 4 banger here , that's for sure , it has almost 380 hp , (378 hp at the cranck) and weights below 1400 kg... stock it had 250 hp , but you know , with turbos extra hp aren't that hard to get... But i'm running on too high boost and i'm having engine problems now , but it'll be right soon i think
