I am looking to buy another crx but I dunno if i should for sure.
Based on all the info i tell u could u tell me if u would buy it or not.

The car is a 1989 Honda crx with:

17" rims (forgot the kind)
altezza taillights
stainless steel exhaust
SOHC ZC Engine swap
momo shift nob
momo steering wheel
momo pedals
momo floor mats
no stereo
lowered on coilovers/shocks
racing clutch (still in the box)
the car is yellow and has a fair amount of bubbles around the wheel well as usual, and there is a small rust hole on the side panel right by the door, (fixable since the door isn't rusted at all)
80,000 km on new engine
200,000 on body
ractive custom cluster in the center console with about 5 guages
ractive tach with blinking shift light on the side by the door
clear corner lights on front.

and I could get the car for 2200 canadian ...thats about 1600 american.....should i buy it fast before someone else gets it? or leave it?

thats what I think i am planning to do...just one question for the honda guys though......when the wheel wells start to rust and bubble, is it worth it, or even possible to fix properly so it stops bubbling, or would I have to buy new quarter panels cuz i really have little money right now so i am trying to figure out with to do with the rusted areas.

there easy to fix, just well in a new piece. Usually the areas are small enough that you can shape them out of sheet metal insted of finding a donor quarter.

sounds like a decent price. you're gonna have to DE-RICE it tho. get it for that price...then sell those huge wheels for $500 (U.S.). and the altezzas for $75 (U.S.) and a trade for stock ones.
about the rust...almost all crx owners have to deal with this...it's almost impossible to find a crx or a 4th gen without that wheel well rust.
nice find!

I used to think that also when i lived in Chicago. Here in AZ theres no rust at all on the rex and 4th gens i see but lots of them are faded by the heat. Still no rust and i was like damn yo this is dOpe maybe i should go back to my crx roots lol
