Park-lock cable housing?

I have not been able to shift out of park and I think I found out why after digging around a little bit. There is a housing screwed onto the ignition switch through wich the park-lock cable runs. When I remove the housing, there is a small metal button which seems like it should pop out when the ignition key is in the 'on' position. The button blocks the park-lock cable from moving.
My problem is that I want to replace this housing to see if that is indeed what is not letting me shift. I ruled out pretty much everything else and I just changed the ignition switch during which I could have done something to the housing.
I don't know what the name of this housing is! I can't order it from the dealership with no part name. Does anyone here know what it is called? I need the name of the housing for the park-lock cable. Thanks!
