which would be better the 69 camaro or the 70 camaro

they are equally capable of being incredibly fast. i believe its a little easier to get restoration parts for the first gens. the only 70's i liked were the rally sports w/ the 4 headlamps and split bumpers, and i love all first gens

I love first generation Camaros so much(the Yenko is my favorite car) but....as far as I've seen it would be real tough for a part time high school student to get one that doesnt have more rust than paint showing, or an engine with 400000 miles on it. :(

that why you got to get a good job for $$$ or you can get a career in the automotive field and do the damm thing yourself when I was in high school 1 kid had a fixed up nova that his father let him drive once in a while no way in hell would he be able to get one himself and fix it to the status his father had it too much money and time

in '69 there was a camaro rally car, it kicked ass. i'm not sure about other years but i know for a fact in '69 they had a 302 camaro rally car, that small v8 could rev 10,000 rpm (insane)

Ok
First thats not a 69 Camaro its a 67, and the Supra did not miss a gear. the sound that you heard was the Camaro hitting the NOS just after he took off, and the supra knew he had no chance and shut down.
kenwood guy
yes the Camaro thats in your sig is a Ralley Sport or at least the front bumper from one. The non Ralley Sports had a one piece bumper.
I dont know of any Ralley car Camaros but they used them in the Trans Am races. Thats why Chevy made the Z-28 and the 302 engine
