ABS and Traction Control light pops on

Now here's a strange problem. This happens ONLY when there is slush (snow and wet puddles) NOT in the rain and not in plain snow.
If I go through a cold puddle, the ABS and Traction Control lights both go on with a bing-bing sound. The lights stay on. Now I have no ABS (just when I need it - slippery conditions). If I stop and restart the car (I feel I am rebooting here), the lights are off and ABS works as usual - until the next puddle
The delear says the only thing I can do is wait until it happens again then bring it while the lights are on (which is not practical since the time it happens luck shows I won't be near that dealer or it will be after hours)
Has anyone else had this strange problem?

Faulty wiring in/around the hub. Could be the hub itself or the wiring that connects to the sensor (hub).
I have post a link with pictures a few times both here and on the ACNA forums that includes pictures when/if you need to change the hub.

I've heard of driving through puddles of salt water causing some problems. You may be able to determine which wheel goes through the puddle and sets the light and check that wheel sensor connection for corrosion.
