How to change anti lock brake module

I paid through the nose and found a new electronic brake control module for a 2001 Tahoe. It looks roughly like a computer hard drive with four mounting holes and two electronic plugs. It must be fairly easy to install the new one, but where is it located in the car? What else do I need to know to swap these out?
